Meghan was a model-gorgeous bride. And I love Graeme’s ever present laugh. Those two factors put together made for some gorgeous photos. They make a beautiful couple, and have made a handsome son together. I love when my clients feel more like friends than clients, which is how Meghan and Graeme feel to me. I was thrilled to spend y’all’s wedding day with you.

 

This next series of photos were pre-empted with something along the lines of “How do you feel about hiking up there and standing in all that really tall grass?” They went for it… and I looove the photos we got from it.

Laura is quiet and beautiful. Rob is funny and easygoing. And the way they look at each other shows completely who they are and how they love. Rob beams and her and smiles and calls her his baby. Laura smiles and looks down, soaking in the love of her soon-to-be husband.

We weren’t quite sure what the weather was going to do that day. Photos, the ceremony, and cocktail hour were all scheduled to be outdoors. But guess what happened? It was perfect outside.

Laura and Rob, you had a beautiful day, and I was so thrilled to document it.

Happy Monday everybody! I thought we’d start off with part two of Roxi and Aron’s fabulous downtown Louisville wedding. It was such a privilege to photograph their big day on 09.10.11, and I had a great time with everybody! As you will probably be able to tell as well, I am quite smitten with their little girls, Roxi’s daughters in the pink flower girl dresses.
